How it works

From first enquiry to final delivery.

A clear sequence, confirmed in writing at each stage. Most international moves take weeks to months to prepare, depending on the destination.

The process

Seven steps, one coordinator.

Timelines depend on the destination. Rabies-controlled countries such as Australia can require several months of preparation.

01

Send your request

Complete the quote form with the route, animal details, preferred dates and the documents you already have. You will receive a unique quotation reference straight away.

02

Coordinator review

A coordinator reviews feasibility: entry rules for the destination, carrier acceptance, seasonal restrictions and the time needed for documents. If something is missing, we will ask.

03

Written quotation and timeline

We send a written quotation listing what is included and excluded, and a timeline of veterinary and documentation steps. Government fees and third-party costs are shown separately where known.

04

Your acceptance and our confirmation

Your move is only booked once you have accepted the quotation and our team has confirmed space with the carrier and any facilities. Until then, nothing is reserved.

05

Document preparation

You complete the veterinary steps with your vet. We track each item, check documents before travel and arrange any official endorsements or permits.

06

Collection and travel

We coordinate collection, check-in, the journey and any transits, and keep you informed at each milestone.

07

Arrival and delivery

We coordinate customs and veterinary clearance on arrival, quarantine where required, and final delivery to your address.

The quote form takes around ten minutes. Have your animal’s microchip and vaccination details to hand if you can.
