These terms will govern quotations and transport coordination services provided by Prime Animal Transport. Final terms will be supplied with each quotation.
Quotations are based on the information you provide and on carrier rates, routes and government requirements at the time of quoting. A quote request is not a booking.
A booking is made only when you have accepted a written quotation and we have confirmed it in writing.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for completing the veterinary steps agreed in your timeline.
Carriers, facilities and government authorities apply their own conditions and decisions, which are outside our control.
Liability, payment terms, governing law and complaints sections will be added after legal review.
